Plein Air Painting, 10th November 2021, Nelson Port, Akersten Street

Meet us for plein air painting on 10th November 2021, 10am, at the Nelson Port, Akersten Street. Please drive to the end of the street where you will find a small car park and keep on walking along the pier. Often you find fishermen in this area. There are no toilets where in this area. The closest bathrooms are at the Nelson marina boat ramp, where the wakas are stored. We can enjoy the view of the harbour, boats on anchor and hills in the background. Please bring your painting supplies, a chair, bug spray, sun screen, morning tea/lunch and good weather.

Plein air painting is scheduled for every Wednesday morning, except the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Please note, we won’t meet if the weather is not accomodating (rain or strong winds).
