Plein Air Painting, 24th May 2023, “Michael’s House”, Upper Moutere

This is a new location! Let’s meet on Wednesday 24th May 2023, 10:30am (note it’s 1/2 hour later than usual!), on Michael’s property, 97 Flaxmore Road, Upper Moutere. Vicki Cowling has suggested this property because of its beautiful trees, lake, bridge, and jetty (Thank you!!).  Please park on the road and make sure there are no more than 3 people on the bridges and jetty at any one time. Also, stay on the house end of the lake since the other side belongs to the neighbour.

Please bring your painting supplies, a chair, bug spray, sun screen, morning tea/lunch, and good weather.

If you have any suggestions on where to go for plein air, please let me know and I will include it in the list. We only have two more plein air painting sessions before we break off for winter.

Plein air is scheduled for every Wednesday morning, except the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Please contact me if you like regular updates by email.
