Shopping at Jared’s

Shopping at Jared’s is part of a series of paintings the artist has painted of this well known local veggie shop. The owner Jared and his son Cameron operate the shop. What makes the shop so lovely is that both Jared and Cameron are always happy to have a chat and share a joke. The shop proudly supplies mainly local produce and is located at the entrance to Mapua, New Zealand. In this painting the artist’s had a lot of fun painting her friend leaving the shop.
