In March we went Plein Air Painting at "the Kumeras", an area known historically for the kumera fields on either side of Staples Road in Motueka. It was a true delight. The weather was gorgeous, the wind a bit challenging and the incoming tide kept us on our toes as the water crept closer and closer to our easels.
