Meet us for plein air painting on 26th October 2022, 10am, at Styx Restaurant, 272 Wakefield Quay, Nelson. We can enjoy the view of the harbour entrance, boats on anchor and Haulashore Island. Please bring your painting supplies, a chair, bug spray, sun screen, morning tea/lunch and good weather. Gosh, the wind was unbelievable, brisk and chilly. One easel went flying the other one was stabilised with a lot of weight. Hard core plein air painting, that's what it was. Still, the sun was shining. We were challenged but happy.
