From 11 August to 14 September my works can be viewed at the featured artist wall at Wall to Wall Art Gallery, Nelson. The paintings chosen are reflecting beautiful autumn colours.
Ruby Bay and the Seagulls
Ruby Bay and the Seagulls was inspired by the two paintings Flight of the Seagulls and Ruby Bay. It occurred to me that we always see the seagulls flying over the land- and seascapes, but what would it look like if we see the seascape through the seagulls. The Nelson Lighthouse – Watercolour Journaling
Last week for the first time we took the water taxi and our watercolours to the Nelson lighthouse. What a treat! The weather was gorgeous and so was the setting. Travelling with watercolours is so easy and with a few tricks charming pictures are created that are worth much more than a photo. In the class "Watercolour Journaling" you can learn all about it.
