Sailing along the Mapua Wharf

The wharf in Mapua, New Zealand,  is a lovely place to visit. Apart from the historic wharf itself you find galleries and restaurants. The typical fish & chips and ice cream are also available. And you can watch boats sail past, such as this little one. The boat is called “Molly” and is a goat island skiff (in case you are curious). The sailor is my husband, which makes the painting extra special to me 😉
